Debt review status to be removed urgently

The NCR is of no help at all, I have singing the same song over and over again all my accounts are paid up and I need my debt review to be removed. My previous debt councellor does no longer exist, multiple attempts were made to contact these people but their website no longer exists nor contact numbers

I need my status to be removed urgently, this is really frustrating and draining
