Debt review complain

I once spoke to with the consultant called Devina Singh.. Wanting to know about how does Debt review works.. She required my documents which I didn't send because I was in hospital for a month and after I discharged I never spoke with anyone regarding sending my documents.. Today I was surprised when I went to Lewis furniture store to apply for credit.. They told Me I'm on debt review and how possible is that because I have never signed anything or send any documents to say I need the to control my debts.. I'm so ****ed coz as We. Speak I'm trying to pay my debts on my own so that I can not struggle.
