Debt review clearance

<p>I have paid all my accounts with my debt cousellor and clearance has been issued, THE DHS system has been updated, as per Transunion the NCR needs to email them a confirmation that this has been done so that the debt review status can be lifted from my name. 30 DAYS later and nothing. the NCR has not sent the bureaus the information to have the debt review status removed from my credit report.</p> <p>I have sent so many emails and called so many times, but no one there cares to assist, they are not interested in helping. No one even knows what needs to happen when.</p> <p>I have been calling just to ask what is the delay so I know who to chase up and who I can fololow up with so I can have this done and over with, but nothing, nothing, nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>HOW HARD IS THIS??????</p>
