Debt review

I have written an email to NCR to check for me who has listed me under debt review since on my profile it states that I am under debt review but they said the company that listed me doesnt operate anymore and they wont be able to assist me. All I need is my I'd number to be removed from debt review since the company doesnt exist anymore. Why keep listing my name with a company that is no longer in existence

I am battling to get any financial assistance because of that
