debt removal flag required asap

I found myself in debt review with one of your registered debt counsellors Derron Vennon Crouch NCRDC 2929 . their email adress is Dcrouch@msd_consulting. co.za. I e mailed them on the 19 january, and last year i communicated with NCR to no avail and I have the referrence number as well. These guys are ignoring my email literally and I need answeres how did I get to their books....This is a **** , I want my life back, NCR this is a registered debt counsellor do something.
