Debt Counselor not wanting to assist with Form 17.W - NCR requested for assistance with NO help!

<p>I am struggling with the Debt Counselor DC Solutions - NCRDC2286 to send me a Form 17.W. (Feb 2015)</p> <p>There are NO Court Order / Case number for my Debt Review application. Application was never finalized according to Engela from DC Solutions reason is because I'm paying my Debt directly and not through the Debt Counselor. This is an ongoing struggle, which I've reported this to NCR on numerous occastions without any assistance from the NCR Team.</p> <p>Form 16 was completed in 2012, the Credit Bureaus only informed of my Debt Review in 2014 and only to find out in 2017 that there were never a Court Order Issued/ Case number!! From Application - Court order should be completed in 60 days according to law.</p> <p>If I did not request the Court Order/Case number from DC Solutions, I would have never knew that actually my Debt Review was never finalized! I have proof from this lady in writing that it was never finalized.</p> <p>Form 17.W was implemented in Feb 2015, the consumer have the right to withdraw from Debt Review. In the past the only way to terminate the debt review process was to settle all of your debts and then be issued with a clearance certificate. However, these days if your debt counselor did not obtain a court order for the debt review, all needed is a Form 17.W to be submitted and your credit providers to be informed.</p> <p>As said I have 1 account which I'm paying every month directly, and do not need to be on Debt Review any longer, because I can afford to pay my debt.</p> <p>I need this matter to be resolved ASAP with assistance from NCR, in order to avoid escalating this matter to the Ombudsman. </p> <p> </p> <p>Awaiting URGENT RESPONSE!!</p>
