DAILY HARRASMENT BY Barrett & Assc

Leandra from Barrett & Assc, calls me every single day, sms's twice a day, and last night with one coming through a midnight. Surely this constitutes harassment. I have told her, I am un-employed I am 63 woman, a designer in engineering. I along with thousands of other engineers, can not find work in South Africa I had an insurance policy on my credit card, that was suppose to cover me for becoming un-employed. There has to be some regulation, and procedure about collecting debt. I see on the emails, that there is not a NCR number, Please, this has got to stop
