Credit score update.

I was on debt review for the past 2 Years, then I got my clearance and paid up letters and my debt counselor sent the information to the relevant credit bereau. I think it was around February 2022. Now my question is why clear score takes time to update my credit records because till Today still shows I am under debt review and my score does not appear on the dashboard.
