CONFUSED AND DESPERATE

My name is Vanessa Coleman.Good Day,I tried to apply for a Home Loan and found out that my id number on NCR records belongs to someone else who must have been on debt counselling in 2007. I lodged my enquiry with them, even got my credit reports and home affairs proof as to you I am for proof that that is not me. Went to them personally and 3 months down the line they are not able to assist me. I don't know what to do and would like some help please.Email address is ***, Phone number: ***
