It has been approximately 6 months now that my current debt coubsellor and I have been trying to get a proper resolution from the NCR regarding my previous debt counsellor who refuses to release my transfer documents. Initially my complaint was regarding the absolutely poor and ********* service received from Karen at Rapid Debt Solutions. She was not transparent nor professional. Upon calling the NCR I was notified that Miss Andrew didn't even register me under debt review and I was advised to change over companies as a new client. The new company has since been trying to register me but the system gives an error message that I am already listed under debt review with the NCR, when we contact the NCR nobody can assist. When I contact Karen to release the transfer documents so that my credit providers do not pull out of the debt review agreement, she does not answer. My current debt counsellor has tried on numerous occassions as well even sending the documents through and no response has been received. I have contacted the NCR regarding this and I am either put on hold or told that my current debt counsellor should just carry on as if I am a new client refusing to understand that this approach is not working. What do I do now? As I have tried every avenue and why should I take responsibility for the lack of service delivery by a registered debt counsellor according to the NCR database. KARENS DC number is NCRDC2258. If the NCR cannot assist then which is a higher board apart from the media because I believe such matters should he made public to warn consumers of the treatment one receives from debt counselling companies and from the NCR when there is a problem. Almost 6 months down the line and still no resolution. I have spoken to Phulane Kareli as well.. today Dudu put the phobe down after leaving me on hold for about 5 minutes. Lesedi does not know how more to assist.

What next?
