Complaint Regarding Debt Review Listing – Request for Urgent Assistance

Dear HelloPeter,

I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding my current listing under debt review, which I believe is incorrect and has caused me serious financial and administrative difficulties.

I have discovered that I am listed under debt review, yet I am not paying my creditors through any debt review process. Concerned about this, I contacted my creditors directly, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist me. Instead, they referred me to the National Credit Regulator (NCR).

When I contacted the NCR, I was informed that I need to obtain a paid-up letter from each of my creditors in order to have the debt review status removed. This has been incredibly frustrating, i understand that i have signed the forms for them to help me and i have never paid any cent to them because i can afford to pay my creditors.

I am seeking help through HelloPeter because I feel stuck and unsupported. My name is being negatively affected by this incorrect listing, and I urgently need this matter resolved so I can move forward with my financial responsibilities.

I kindly ask for:

Clarification from the NCR on why I am still listed under debt review when they are not helping me with anything

Assistance in removing this status from my credit profile

Any possible guidance on how I can resolve this without being sent in circles
