Complaint pending

These people are meant to be the place you can go to if you're disatisfied with a debt counselor or any other such entity. Absolutely disgusting that they don't even take the time to acknowledge your emails, let alone respond. I've had a complaint pending with them since 2020 and even with lockdown protocols in effect they're not responding to me. My credit situation is getting worse and the debt counselor has gotten away with literally tens of thousands of rands that I worked very hard for. I've sent numerous emails to follow up on my complaint and got no response. I've made several calls to the numbers I was given by them to follow up and the phones just ring without being answered. This complaint needs to be addressed so that I can move forward and yet nobody gives a continental. No wonder our country is being flushed down the toilet. If it were possible to not give any stars as a rating I would.
