Clearing ITC

I have sent through my sequestration and rehabilitation letter to every major bank in the country.<br> I have email ncr I have called I have done everything in my power as I would like to purchase a house but yet when I try I get declined.<br> I have my sequestration and rehabilitation letters and my ITC is clear as per my last report I got.<br> I have paid lawyers debt consolidation company and another lawyer and I am worst off then when I started. <br> Please assist me.
