Cancellation of debt review

<p>I have i app**** for a debt review and within 24hrs i cancelled my application.only to find out that i am under debt review and Zandi Sobutu send me the 17_w that confirms that i have cancelled.She told me to call Prudence at NCR nd she said i am not under debt review but her colleague Ntombi confirmed that i am under debt review.Can u pls remove my name bcs i never signed anythingwith u.i am depressed nd sick</p>
