I logged a complaint on debt recovering lawyers who have accounts on my credit profile which i never acknowledge.

I logged a dispute with Experian and they took the lawyers side, and also looged a dispute with VCCB and they investigated and they found that my dispute was valid and the removed the Accounts from my profile.

After the Experian response and being told that there is nothing they can do, I was told to report the matter to NCR which i did. They investigated and on one account they said the lawyers have a right to collect the account as it is not prescribed, but they are waiting for voice trascribed for the second account. That was in 25 June 2025, till now i am waiting for feedback as to what is happening.

I am not happy with when you complain as a consumer and you are not listened to, the companies that blacklist us are prefered by an instution that is supposed to fight for Consumers.

I have sent numerous emails to find to follow up even from the begining and now i a getting nothing from the legal representative that was assigned to my case.
