Beware of pay upfront administration fees

If one applies for a loan with this company NCR Reg No NCRCP8610 they will no doubt approve your loan on condition that you pay an upfront administration fee. This is not how I understand the National Credit Act. Beware, after paying the upfront fee as requested there is no guarantee that you will receive the loan amount as promised.
