Bad Services

<p>We have volunatarily approached the CONSUMER RELIEF to assist us in combating our debt. Volantarily, right. Is that not what we need to do as a country, try and stop our own personal debt and in turn this would spiral into making our country debt free. HOWEVER, its been such a challenge, for two years now, we are still waiting for court confirmations, even though we are paying religiously every month, including the service fee to CONSUMER RELIEF. This is so discouraging and quite frustrating. We have a ring of necessary correspondence with different consultants, who are either no longer working there after being assigned to our account, or just dont communicate OR communicate the incorrect information to the court? I mean, we have been paying religiously, but our payments havent reflected at all... this is disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The consultants never get back to us unless we nag after them!!!!!!!!!!!!! ***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please could you assist us, they have messed with our livelihood, we have paid for alomst two years now and yet a consultant gave the incorrect information through to the court, OR they havent given information, so we are basically on a fence. </p> <p>Please NATIONAL CREDIT ACT, REGULATOR, whatever you deem yourself, please assist us. Surely you have the power to resolve this issue. We are looking at closing one of our bonds but we cant because the CONSUMER RELIEF didnt confirm the amount and yet we have been paying them for 2 years already.. so now we owe more even though we have been paying. THIS IS SOOOO PUTRID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I beg we get some assistants. PLEASE</p>
