Bad service. Not responding to complaints.

I have sent numerous emails regarding my credit profile that is not getting updated according my clearance certificate at the credit bureaus and the lack of assistance from my debt review counselor to have this matter resolved. It has been more then 3 months ago and still my credit profile is still not updated and no response from NCR. Frustrated customers.
