Bad service

I have been waiting for months for feedback from Mafori Finance regarding my debt review status. Each time i call they say that they waiting on the NCR to update my profile. Where must i go for Help as i don't know what to do anymore. How long does debt review status take as i joined with MAFORI in June already. Now they not even calling back... Does that mean i was paying for nothing? Ncr please intervene
