Bad Service

This is one of the most useless services I have ever received. Infact there's no service at all that was received. I was only requested to pay annual fees for my application, soon as that was done...all communications ceased. It has been 5 months since my application and I still have no response from them. Very very bad services from these people. Even their Complains department don't work.
