Bad Assistance/no response

I have sent various emails to the NCR to assist with the debt review status that is on my name, instead I have been taken from pillar to post for the past 2years and today when I called in an agent was very rude to me as I asked who is the supervisor that she escalated my query to, she put the phone down on my ear, the name of the supervisor is Mzwandile. I am not happy with how they have been handling the matter.
