APPLICATION AS CREDIT PROVIDER IS TAKING FOREVER

I have submitted completed application form for registration three weeks back now. The application was submitted to the following email addresses: *** ***

I am still yet to receive any communication from NCR, no acknowledgement of the application or whatsoever. I do not know what's happening. I am frustrated, because I have paid application fees

Everytime I call, registration administrator is not available and I am told to speak to him but the call does not go through.
