Abusive

My name is Mercia Motlagomang Molebatsi. I app**** online for a debt consolidation loan from debt busters. I received a call from a gentleman by the name of Sipho Sigubudu and was the 2nd to call from the same company. He ran checks and said I don't qualify for debt consolidation and I said that's all I wanted because my bills were not staggeringly over and I was on track with them but wanted a consolidation loan. Even my credit score was stable and no missed payments. Till now I don't know how to move forward because I am being held hostage by yourselves. I want release not even pleading but direct communication and stop subjecting me mental and emotional abuse. He called me afterwards again saying best I do a debt review and that I highlighted that I don't want something long term as my son will be doing matric next year. I am the only breadwinner for the 2 of us as a single mother. They took my stuff and sent a breakdown of my debts and I tried to contact him severally via email and eventually called in but couldn't get hold of him and was even given his direct contact number which I tried after 12pm which they advised he would be in due to the shift change . I sent him an email that I want to cancel but still no response. When you call they pass the buck I spoke to the other lady who said I still can cancel and said would send me email after no email the next day I called in still no Sipho and I was given the email address telephonically I emailed immediately CSU which was for the 1st time hearing about them. I received a reply that everything will be done in 15 days but nothing was done and no cancellation and I received a call from Sipho the ghost to apologise about being AWOL and that he would send the complaint and process to his manager. Lauren Damon called from investigations saying they would investigate and call back. Due to no res[ponse I took it to Hellopeter and they said if it's not sent to them I can't be assisted and I responded to them saying that I already did send . I was later sent a withdrawal letter from NCR and I was told by the Debt Busters team that NCR is declining saying that I can't withdraw and that I will remain red flagged for life even if I don't team up with them . I want a rejection lettter and my profile to be deleted . No processes were communicated and I was told I could cancel and I have time now . I am getting harrassment from Debt Busters and Hyphen requesting payment arrangements. Clients also have the right to cancel an application but NCR and Debt Busters are declining me of my rights because of an incompitent representative and I don't have any documents stating the cancellation and the debi-check documents were sent to me on the 19th of May 2023 and Lauren says that I should have know that I must cancel by the 19th of May 2023 and how so because i DON'T KNOW THE COMPANY POLICIES and all documentation sent does not state and where did I sign that I know and understand everything. Sipho says he told me when because I would have declined then and there . Geoff even noticed the incorrect accounts that even listed an overdraft with FNB and micro loan of R29000 odds which he said could be the Hifi connection which isn't a true reflection . Lauren insisted that I can't say no to the debts because they work with Transunion and Experian but Debt Busters reflects VCCB . I called all the creditors in order to make arrangements and they agreed because my accounts were not put under debt review . I tried calling NCR switchboard puts you through a voice activated message even if you press the number it will just keep repeating the message hence I decided to write in .
