7 months going and no real progress

It is going on 7 months now and no real help or progress has been made on my case. Based on the legal side of things it's clear I have a solid case but the NCR has been stalling on my case. It is shocking that as a regulator their service is pathetic. I have been through to two managers and it's more a stalling tactic than an actual escalation. I suggest to people to contact the Department of Trade and Industry to sort this out.
