Good morning in 2019 i found out that i was placed under debt review by transunion without my knowkedge or being briefed with sms or call that i was being placed under debt review i called them to try to get clarity On how a person can be placed under debt review without her knowledge or judgement on her name they refused to give the name of the company that placed me under debt review, last year in october i contacted Ncr ombudsman regarding the matter and they failled to help me even though i gave them all the necessary document that proved i was under debt review can someone tell me what is the ncr ombudsman job.
