5 Great Big Stars for the NCR

I had to reach out the the NCR, having been ****med by a company registered with the NCR. All I can say is that I have been blown away by their services! Not only was my complaint taken extremely seriously, their response to emails were immediate, they kept in contact throughout the entire process (2 update calls a week) and advised on what steps to take with my bank. I would like particularly to call out Tshepo Malekutu who was the gentleman managing my complaint, as his service was exemplary! Thank you Tshepo
