Incompitency-Intec

I am a drop out student of Intec College, so my account was handed over to National Credit Recovery Agency(NCRA). They are the Debt Collectors. March 2018 I settled the account and I was told by Leeane Gounden that they will inform all Credit Bureaus to update my profile.

Its July now and evertime I try to apply for credit they tell me I still owe Intec because they still appear on my credit profile. Calling them its a waste of time,they never answer or they say they will call later. I'm very angry and dissapointed with their service.
