NCC BAD SERVICE

I have laid a complaint at the National Consumers Commission more than 24 months ago and heard absolutely nothing from them since. They are a company that is supposed to look after the interest of the public and does absolutely nothing. They are obviously using taxpayers's money and it looks like they have no role to play in the South African Government and it is just people draining their money.
