Mr Ntshengedzeni

I have laid a complaint with the NCC, Mr Ntshengedzeni more than 2 years ago and everyone is just passing the buck from one to the other and no one has given me feedback whatsoever. My complaint was against a company called Quantico Direct CC, a company that does Share Software. The people involved at the NCC is Mr Ntshengedzeni, Mr Ntuli, Mrs Mbete, Mr Chaukr and the complaints department as a whole. No one gives feedback. Why are they there then and getting paid to protect the Public ?
