Inappropriate deceit

We have complained regarding medical aid has deceived patient with an authorisation since 2017. To date medical aid not paid the hospital and doctors despite hospital plan. The ********** has been changing case offices without enlightening complainant to date on the update or the change. Yet medical aid continues to debit paitent R2800 every month.
