Complain

Hi I have a problem with my Capitec account and it’s for the second time this happens, apparently there’s some company with unknown name keeps debiting money in my acc less than R100 an they debit 9x and I don’t get any notifications since well it’s less than 100 on top of it when u reverse using app they charge R55 per reversal so imagine reversing 9 debuts how much does a bank charge u, out of the money they took I only got 2% of my money coz the rest went to the bank with their charges, is it fair thou. Y is Capitec always giving us problems with our accounts thou? Plz help
