Bank account closed without my knowledge

<div>Good Morning My name is Zukiswa Khwetane,I need help with regards to my Capitec bank account.Capitec closed my account on 22 January 2018 without informing me as their client.I visited the Queenstown branch on 23 January and the SC told me it was closed because someone reported it for ********** activities of which that is a lie.We were playing an online peer to peer stokvel. As i am not working these online peer to peer stokvel are the only way i put food on the table for my family. If the bank allow anyone to call and close my account where is transparency they always preach to us as clients, where is security and client confidentiality they always promise to us.Is this a better way to bank or treat their clients. I feel that my rights as a client have been violated because case was supposed to be opened againts me if that person who claim I am a ********* was telling a truth.Capitec forensic was suppose to contact me before closing my account and hear my side of the story before believing what third party says about my account.

I will be very glad if you can assist in opening my account as its more than 2 months since they closed it.I even tried visiting the branch for more that once begging them to open it as i did nothing wrong but they just tell me to leave their branch or they will call the police to come and arrest me.I even wrote an affidavit stating that i was not the owner of that stokvel i was just a participant, asking them to foward it to their head office.Instead of reading it they just told me to look for who ever reported it and ask him/her to write an affidavit so that they can open my account which i find it impossible for me to find that person as i dont even know who it is as the stokvel as nationally. My name is Zukiswa Khwetane ID no ********** 893083 cell no ********** 698,Capitec acc ********** 193 and email is ********** Your help will be very much appreciated.Thanks</div>
