Wow! I didn't expect this fantastic response from (AVI) National Brands consumer department after I wrote in to complain about the poor quality Ace coffee 500g box I had purchased. They literally fell over themselves to listen to my problem, sent a courier to collect the box, sent it for analysis and kept me up dated every step of the way! Turns out that one of the ingredients was not up to scratch and after lots of apologies - almost embarrassingly so! - they sent me an electronic voucher for double the value of my original purchase. Now THAT is customer service! Thank you to all the customer service team at National Brands. I wish I could give you more than five stars for excellent service!
