Provident fund not processed,lack of comunication

<p>I recently loat my job at the MyCiti bus company in Cape Town and I have been going in and out to your offices to enquire about my money but I am not being properly guided. I have been unemployed now for 3months but I have not recieved my provident fund from the council. What exactly must I do to get my money?</p>
