I app**** for a claim through the n.b.c.e.I for my provident pay out on the 20th of February 2016. I have being in contact twice so far with both sars and the n.b.c.e.I. to get news on whether or not my claim has being put forward and if everything has being sorted out to the point where I know for definite the time and date I can expect to receive the monies owed.<br> <br> I still have no news on the claim or/if my details is on file for that matter.<br> <br> I have met many people who waited up to a year for their monies for a process that suppose to take a maximum amount of 3 months.<br> <br> I just advice as to how I can find out whether my claim has being processed and Atleast a acknowledgment of a update sms Atleast to know how far the process is as per 3 weeks or so.<br> <br> Kind regards <br> <br> Wesley timms
