Bad customer service. Do not answer telephone lines

National Aviation Services (NAS) Colossal is the baggage handling company at OR Tambo International airport for Ethiopian Airlines. I arrived on a flight from IST-ADD-JHB on 12 July 2022 at 14:00 on Ethiopian Airlines. I reported this to the agent at OR Tambo International Airport (NAS Colossal Aviation), and a claim form was completed and handed to the service desk agent. I was not given a reference number at the counter, but was instructed that one will be emailed/SMSed to me. I have not yet received any reference number. The company does not answer any of the telephone numbers provided and very limited response by email. We are not receiving any feedback from the company.
