Terrible Service

Hi<br> <br> I have phoned for a windscreen replacement but the phone lines does not work, so I got a cell phone number and the guy on the other end rudely gave me another cell phone number. Once I phoned that number the guy told me he does not know if they have stock and would call me back in 10 minutes. Still no response afyer many hours. Tried to complain at their head office but their website and contact forms are useless as it does not work. Tried phoning their head office but there is no one who can assist me with complains. Useless and a waste of time!<br> <br> Regards
