NATIONAL AUTO GLASS PORT SHEPSTONE

<p>We requested that a windscreen be removed as we needed to repair the rust around that area. I fully undersatnd that there is no gaurantee on removal & replacement. The windscreen was removed and kept at there premises until i called today (07/03/2017) to refit as the rust repair had been concluded. Only to now find out that the windscreen is cracked. The said franchise which is run by father & son refuse to replace the windscreen at their cost. Both father & son were very rude and have very poor business acumen and ethics. We have been supporting the said franchise from the begining of time and we as a Bosch Franchise are totally livid. This is just a friendly warning to fellow patrons who would want to support this franchise. PLEASE BE CAREFULL. </p>
