National Auto Glass

We have lodged a claim through Outsurance and they have sent the instruction through to national auto glass that had to come and replace the back window on my jeep when the guys for national auto glass came to repair the guys have no absolutely no tools the window that they had was also not the correct one and they have damaged my canopy of my jeep and stated that the canopy is after market the guys also stole my tools that was in my toolbox and the guy called Johan stated to me they did not damage my canopy and that i have to buy a canopy that is costing me R 52 000.00 i have pictures of how my canopy looks like when these guys were finished with the half job this is unacceptable and i will not leave it like this really *****ing and then stating i have an after market canopy
