Faulty windscreen fitted to my car and not replaced after months of empty promises!

I am extremely unhappy with my windscreen. I have what looks like a massive footprint right in the middle of my windscreen obscuring my vision at night especially when car lights hit it. My windscreen always looks messy due to this ugly smudge and I think this is very unprofessional and unreasonable that myself and my insurance paid these people for a windscreen that is in this state! The smudge is hard to see during the day but rest assured that at night or low angle sunlight during late afternoon it is VERY prevalent and ugly to look at and obscuring to my vision!

Indoors in a garage under any sort of artificial light it looks like a footprint on my windscreen! I have been promised a replacement since around Feb this year and I am still waiting!!! I keep getting a run around and lame excuses that the windscreen isn't in stock. If I was in an accident or had a massive rock thrown up from a truck I would be without a windscreen for + 6 months???

The customer service I receive from these people is EXTREMELY bad, every-time I phone I get told that they will check with supplier and get back to me in the next 2 - 5minutes, I have to date still never been phoned back and always have to call back myself!

A few months ago they did in fact bring a new windscreen to fit at my house but it was the incorrect windscreen! They did not ask me if the car had a rain sensor or not! and the fact that they got this wrong is crazy as they had already replaced a windscreen on my car so should know if the car has a rain sensor or not! The car does in fact have a rain sensor and the guy fitting the glass was very upset and phoned National Autoglass to ask why the wrong glass was given to him and why they did not call the customer "Me" to inquire about a rain sensor due to the fact that the vin on BMW's don't always say weather the car has a rain sensor or not so they have to always inquire with the customer.

Overall this is the worst service I have ever received in my life!
