Damage to my brand new car

<p>Where to start I took my car in to national auto glass to do my front windows with smash and grab in March I only had my car for a week. I got my car and when it was done my door panel at the window was damaged. When I told the owner that my car did not have that damage when I brought it to her she said that it was not them but she will take responsibility for it I must get a quote from Toyota to replace it when I got the quote I send it to her to order it to replace it she said that she did not do the damage and she will not pay the damage but she confess by saying she will replace it infront of 5 people. They must take responsibility for what happend. Now I have to sit with a brand new car with a damaged door panel. That is not how it works</p>
