Unauthorized debit order

I have got a problem with the unauthorized debit orders on my bank account from NAAHMEMBER. i went to the bank asked for the reversal and they also gave the contact details of the company debiting my account. When i called the call center then the lady told me that i have authorised the debits which is a pure lie, then i went to request the recording and she refused to give the recording and told me that the recordings are for their own records on not for clients.
