SPAM call to obtained ********** debit order
My mother received a dubious call from \Tami\" today acting on behalf of \"National Accident Advice Helpline\" claiming that she qualifies for an amount due to her for not claiming for more than 3 years. This call centre agent wanted to confirm confidential information (i.e. names, ID and banking details). This is uncalled for her to be requesting this sensitive information over the phone. I will be closely monitoring all her bank accounts for any unauthorised debit orders that might go through without any consent from her. She indicated that no consent was given to Tami and she needs to contact me personally as I'm her designated \"Accountant\" in handling her finances. Should any debit order go through her account, we will reverse it and instruct the Bank to strike you off the list for processing debit orders (Naedo) with the bank as the National Accident Advice Helpline is not complying with the PASA regulations on debiting accounts. Call me to resolve this issue immediately!"
