Seeking advise

I received a call from National Accident Advice Helpline, indicating that I qualify for R1500 cash back for not claiming. I I am worried about the details my information they have and where they got it . Is it possible for someone to deal with these people ? I cant even call them because the lines are too busy. I dont trust them
