Policy Issue and Premium Deducted

In December 2014 my mother fell and broke her hip. She was admitted to hospital and received a hip replacement. She received a phone call from a person who was speaking so fast she couldn't hear or understand what she was saying. The person explain to her that because she didn't claim from them they will pay her a cash back. The next my mother notice was a deduction from a Naedo Opsporing for a amount of R 110.00 and since that she is paying R 69.70 monthly for a policy she didn't want. <br> The bank gave us a phone number and name of person deducting the premium. Since August she is paying a policy she never receive any documentation on and no information. I am dealing in Insurance for over 20years and we are suppose to inform our client of every sent we take and pay why is this tele centre allowed to phone people, issue policies, deducting from accounts without sending any information out to client? This is double standards !! I notice a few complaints regarding the same practice. What are you going to do about this? I phone the Call Centre to cancel this policy and Chantel inform me only my mother can do it because it's voice recording!!!! Misleading!!!
