Policy Cancelled premium still deducting
I logged a complain 10/12 regarding a policy being issued to my mother and premium deducted without her knowledge. They phoned her and confirmed that the policy will be cancelled but to her surprise they deduct a double premium from her account. How can they operate like this? My mother do not want this policy.
