In breach of POPI Act
I got a call from a lady who said her name was Sarah Gents and works for National Accident Advice Helpline, offering me R1500 cashback for not claiming from the RAF. She had all my details, date of birth, address and contact details and wanted me to confirm my id number and banking details. <br> <br> This is worrying me because she could not answer where she got my details from. I want to know who gave her my details so I can sue the person.<br> <br> I never had dealings with this company, so they need to tell me who gave them my details without my consent.<br> I went to their website, they have faces of people who supposedly lead the empire but they have no names. Apparently their registration number is ***.<br>
