NAAH called me on 22/10/2015 telling me that I qualify for reimbur*****t for not claiming for any accident in the previous years. I asked why and what's the criteria, they said by virtue that I never claimed for any accident they will pay me some money. To my surprise they debited some amount of cash and they claim that I agreed to be a member yet when I ask for the records they refuse to provide claiming that its their property and they could only send the contract after the first premium. I am so disappointed by this act.<br>
