House falling apart

In October 2014. I moved into a newly built house no 25608 Mgidlana street, Asanda Village, Lwandle.

A few days from moving in I noticed that the build in the small back bedroom was not working. I replaced it and within an hour he new one fused. I reported this to the builder the next day. He said he would have a look into it and never did.

I then noticed that the ceiling in the rooms was moving when it is windy outside even if there are no open windows. I also reported this to the Builder named Caz. he advised that we had a movable/flex ceiling.

This got worse as the ceiling is not sagging as if it is going to cave in. The roof underlay (black plastic bag) moves and makes a noise (flapping noise). Cas has told me that this is normal as this is the way that the houses have been designed and that he is not going to do anything about the noise. I was very upset with this and told him he was talking nonsense. He then said he would look into it. I ma still waiting. The kitchen wall tiles are falling off. No one seems to be acknowledging that the houses are built with cheap and substandard equipment. I feel like i am talking to a brick wall as I have had no help in fixing this.
