Poor Customer Service, Lack of Communication

<p>We ordered Fire Extinguishers from Natex 3 months ago. There seemed to be a problem with the supplier and we could not get our Exinguishers on time.</p> <p> </p> <p>All the while, there was no communication from Natex to give us updates. We would have to phone them, email them and sms them in order to make contact. They then brought us secondhand extinguishers that were not up to par and we waited even longer for our original order. After payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>There is no communication from the company nor do you get through to majority of the contact numbers provided.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pity</p>
